Used this as a base for the Lyme Splash, great value for money, 12 mins from Lyme regis, lovely gardens and great to pick your own fruit/veg. Flat is a bit 'rustic', well loved, clean and comfortable. Hosts lovely.

A fantastic location for Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast (20 mins by car) and and lovely location for views. It's our 2nd time around in the Flat and this won't be our last. The kids love the farm and general surroundings. The Flat has everything you'll need - home from home. 10/10 for everything. We really couldn't ask for more.

A warm welcome right from arrival, our heavy suitcase was carried from the car and we were shown around, made to feel very welcome. The facilities are just perfect and exactly what we wanted, plenty of space in the living room for children to play games or just relax in front of a film and a well equipped kitchen. The host also gave us a box of mixed veg from the garden which we thought was lovely, it went very well with the mackerel we caught from beer! A huge garden to explore with toys, trampoline and climbing frame for the kids. All in all a great holiday in a nice, safe and remote location within very short driving distance to Beer, Seaton, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth to name a few. Thanks for having us, we would love to come back!

A wonderfully peaceful and scenic retreat - really got away from it all. Easy access to Lyme Regis etc. Appreciate the owners' genuine concern for the environment. We were very envious of their vegetable beds! We would definitely stay again.

Our kids loved the trampoline and exploring. Have already asked to go back next summer. Having all the lovely fresh veg was just lovely. Thank you both.
