The Most New & Best One Bedroom Apartment Of Nikolaev (2017 renovated)
This nice,stylish and comfortable apartment is located at the centre of Nikolaev (Intersection point of Admiralskaya and Faleevskaya streets). It’s just a few minutes from the famous pedestrian street Sovetskaya (Sobornaya) which has a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques and also McDonalds. The apartment has pharmacie downstairs, 7/24 working supermarket, atm machine and a very nice new café-restaurant named ‘Loft’.
This white apartment is at the third floor of a 9 floor building with a working elevator. Very modern, high quality and comfortable furnished with a bed 160x200, wardrobe with mirror and a sofa for 2 extra guests. It has everything our guests need. Lcd Tv with cable network, highspeed internet with wifi, full equipped kitchen including refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.The modern bathtroom has a bathtub and all other bath accessories. Also have hair dryer, iron and ironing table. Smoking is just possible at the big balcony of the apartment.
The apartment has it’s own parking place for free.
