5. Refrain from bringing drugs and illegal substances into the accommodation. If found, you will be asked to leave in all cases.
6. In the event of a quarrel or a complaint being reported to the police, you may be asked to leave immediately.
7. Refrain from making loud noises outside the house after 10:00 pm. (Karaoke can be used all night. Just please close the door to prevent the sound from going outside.)
8. Utensils, plates, bowls and cutlery are provided (please clean after use. If this is not convenient, there is a service fee of 500 baht).
9. The accommodation has fancy rubber rings for use. If damaged, there is a charge of 1,000 baht, and they can be returned.
