This is a full property takeover — complete privacy, no shared spaces.

Thule Country Estate is a privately owned, architecturally designed farm estate sleeping up to 12 guests across six bedrooms — set on 36 acres of rolling countryside in the Macedon Ranges, 45 minutes from Melbourne.
Designed by Paul Couch — an Australian modernist architect with a six-decade career pioneering the use of concrete in residential design — the homestead sits gracefully within the landscape, blending refined architecture with authentic rural surroundings. Large open-plan living areas, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and generous indoor and outdoor spaces make this a property that works equally well for relaxed family holidays, group celebrations, and small corporate retreats.
A word on the master suite: the open loft bedroom sits above the main living areas with sweeping views across the property and surrounding countryside. For groups celebrating something special, it's the kind of room that makes the occasion feel like it.
Hydronic heating runs throughout the home, reverse-cycle systems cover every bedroom and living area, and a wood fireplace anchors the lounge. Whatever season you visit, you'll be comfortable.

• Rate is for up to 12 guests (6 bedrooms).
• Children must be supervised at all times, due to hazards such as the pool, lake, wildlife and farm animals around the property (electric fences on farm paddocks).
• House trained and well-behaved pets allowed by prior arrangement ($25 per pet, max 2 pets). No heavy shedding breeds. The property is not fully fenced so may not suit all dogs.
• Pool is solar heated, and is not heated in cooler months.
• No parties, 18th, 21st, hens, bucks, or other all-male groups.
• Three exterior security cameras on property, covering the entrances on both sides of the property, as well as the workshop shed.
