Summerwind Resorts is right next door to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, which also houses a popular restaurant and bar and is across the street from Juana's Pagodas and Sailor's Grill. Pensacola, with all of its restaurants and shops, is just a short drive away. Pensacola is also the home of the National Naval Aviation Museum and the Blue Angels precision flight team. The museum is one of the most-visited attractions in Florida, and the Blue Angels can often be seen practicing in the skies over the area. Bikers and hikers will also enjoy the paved trails that run all the way from Navarre to Pensacola.
You will have full access to the condo and the resorts amenities, pool, hot tub, bbq area, fitness center and beach walk over.

We just purchased this condo and live down the street, we are usually available to answer any questions and recommendations, but we plan to let you have your own vacation experience.

- CONDO POLICIES Check in is 4 pm. Please don't try to check-in early unless already arranged, as the cleaners need this time to prepare the home for your arrival. - Please call owner with your estimated time of arrival and when you’re on your way to the condo. She will arrange to meet you or give you the code the front door to enter the property. - Only the confirmed numbers of guests are allowed overnight on the property. - Be considerate to your new neighbors! - Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited. - This unit comes equipped with wireless Internet Access through Mediacom. No password is required. - Clean any spills up immediately. Do not cut any citrus directly on the granite countertops; use dishware or cutting board provided. - Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on. - Wash all sand off before entering the building using the hose outside. - Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets or put food down the garbage disposal. - Turn off all lights and fans while out to conserve energy. Do not run a/c while the patio door is open or it will freeze up the unit. - No Smoking in the unit. - Trash shoot is just outside the unit to the right of the elevators. - Follow these Checkout Procedures to Avoid an Extra Cleaning Fee Checkout time is 11:00 am. Take out the trash. Load and turn dishwasher on normal wash, do not over fill with dishwashing detergent. Turn off all lights and fans. Close and lock all doors. Leave the keys on kitchen bar or in lockbox (if applicable). - Please, check your car for any items that are supposed to remain at the house.
