On the 6th floor with elevator, this 40 m2 west-facing apartment offers a bright atmosphere on the border of the 15th and 7th arrondissements. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, TV and washing machine: all the comfort for a successful stay. Near the Champ de Mars, you are 3 minutes walk from the metro Bir-Hakeim (line 6) and close to the Eiffel Tower.

The space
The apartment is located in a luxury residence, quiet and secure. As soon as you enter, you feel a soft and calm atmosphere, conducive to disconnection. The 40 m2 apartment is well arranged, with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas, and bay windows on the west side that invite evening light to settle naturally.
