The pool and garden area of the building are yours to relax at when you feel like just kicking back.

• The CBD and The Royal Botanic Gardens a 15 min walk
• Bondi Beach a short drive away

Getting around

A spare wardrobe with hangers is reserved for you. Kindly note this space is my home and I endeavor to provide adequate space so that you have a comfortable stay. I ask that you respect my belongings in return.

For long-term stays, please note that there will be no cleaning service during your stay. The cleaning fee only covers end of stay cleaning. Cleaning products will be provided to you if needed and washers and dryers are available on the 1st floor.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, over, microwave, electric kettle, pots and pans.

There is a lift in the building.

Please note there are two movable fans but no air conditioning.

Great Apartment, Great Building, Great Neighborhood. We very much enjoyed staying in Sasu’s apartment. Sasu and his cost host were very helpful and friendly. His apartment is quiet yet easily accessible to an active and desired neighborhood in Sydney. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, coffee houses, everything you might need within a 5-10 minute walk. We also walked to the harbor, to the botanical garden, the opera house, museums, and there is public transport close by if needed. The apartment and location made for a really great stay for us in Sydney! I highly recommend Sasu’s apartment!

Sasu's place in Elizabeth bay is great value in a great location. You can walk to Kings Cross as well as nice cafes in elizabeth bay, Surry Hills for shopping and it's only a short drive from the beach. The apartment was clean and airy with all of the amenities you would need. The pool is great and sasu was easy to communicate with. Will definitely be planning a trip to stay with sasu again

It was an absolute delight to stay at Sasu's. I was in the city for couple of days for holiday purposes and the apartment could not have served my needs better. The location is fantastic - close to Oxford St, water and great restaurants and the place itself is so convenient and amazing! I will definitely book again once I am back in Sydney. The neighborhood is trendy and lively but not too busy for family or business travellers either. The place itself is very clean and has all the amenities if one wishes to cook instead of going out for dinner. Everything with the arrival arrangements went very smoothly and Sasu had prepared all the details (wifi etc) amazingly well for my use. If the place is available upon your visit I highly recommend to book if you want to get the best out of Sydney!

This apartment was perfect for my stay in Sydney. It is in a central location and within walking distance from the city centre and many restaurants and good access to public transport (Kings cross train station within 5min walking distance). The apartment was tidy and equipped with sufficient amenities. Sasu was extremely responsive and easy to reach which made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this apartment to individuals and couples travelling for business or pleasure.
