HOUSE RULES
• Please respect the property and neighbors.
• NO smoking/vaping allowed inside and outside the property.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
• Loud parties will incur a penalty.
• Pets are not allowed
• No overnight stays beyond 4 guests
• Luggage drop-off available on request
• Long-term stays welcome
• Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.

Guest access
To access the property from Tramway Road, enter through the gate on the right-hand side. Walk down the stairs to the first deck, where your private entrance is located.

Guests will have access to the entire property.
