The space
Welcome to Annie’s Cottage, a beautifully renovated bungalow designed for a calm and comfortable coastal escape in Augusta.

Perfect for families or small groups, this warm and inviting home offers a peaceful setting where you can truly switch off—whether that’s beach adventures, slow morning coffees, or cosy evenings by the fire.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, with flexible sleeping across three bedrooms :

- Spacious master suite with king bed and private ensuite*
- Comfortable queen bedroom
- Children’s bedroom with two king single beds
- A second bathroom includes a shower and full‑sized bath, plus a separate toilet, making the home practical and easy to share.

*There is a second sitting room that features a double sofa bed and flows directly into the master suite (there is no door between the two spaces). This set up works well for families and can be made available upon request.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain, while the living space provides a cosy place to relax with TV and Starlink WiFi.

Step outside to one of the cottage’s most loved features—a fully enclosed backyard where guests can unwind in privacy. The garden regularly attracts Superb Fairy Wrens, adding a special nature‑filled touch to your stay.

Well‑behaved dogs are welcome, with a secure fenced yard for them to enjoy, making this a perfect getaway for the whole family. To help protect local wildlife, cats are not permitted.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the yard and parking areas.

Please note there is a small locked external storage area on the side of the house for housekeeping supplies. This space is not accessible to guests.
