Southcoast House is the perfect place to get away from the hustle & bustle of life. Quiet, peaceful, serene - it really suits those in need of a true retreat.

Located in Home Bay, Southcoast House faces due west featuring 180 degree views of the lake from from the deck and expansive views from the dining, kitchen & lounge rooms. Relax and unwind as you watch the sun set over the water, or dive in and enjoy the huge variety of water sports.

The space
Just a short drive from the house are the sparkling beaches of Jervis Bay including the hamlet of Huskisson where Whale & Dolphin watching tours run throughout the year,

To experience some of the most amazing beaches in the world, visit the Bodderee National Park & Botanic Gardens and be sure to stop-off at Murrays Beach.

For more activity there is relaxed 1 km stroll along the water front to the small kids park in Home Bay. We also provide two Kayaks and the lake is perfect for skiing, wind surfing, fishing, snorkelling or just soaking with drink in hand. A short drive gives you access to Horse Riding, the Bay & Basin Aquatic Centre with Toddlers Pool & 40m slide. There is the famous Husky Pub for a meal & the weatherboard Movie Theatre. Further south along the Prices Hwy is the Historic Township of Milton which is filled with Cafes, and shops for those who like to browse for mementoes.

Just up the road is The Woods Farm for Weddings & Receptions.

Close by is the local IGA and in Vincentia you’ll find Woolies, Aldi & Coles.

For skiers and fishermen, Basin View boat ramp is close by and perfect for launching and retrieving boats. Drop anchor out the front of the hopiuse for wonderful days on the water.

The house comfortably accommodates 6 (with an additional trundle for kids on request), with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open plan living, dining rooms & kitchen is contemporary with comfortable seating and wonderfull views. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with Double bed. The house is great for kids as parents can keep on eye on them from the deck.

Linen & bath towels are supplied. All you really need is a change of clothes and some beach towels to make your stay truely memorable.
