Nestled within the beautiful grounds of Kooroomba Vineyards & Lavender Farm, our villa offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by lavender fields, vineyards and mountain views.
Located in the heart of the Scenic Rim, one of Queensland’s most picturesque regions, the property is about 1.5 hours from both Brisbane & Gold Coast, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing weekend escape.
Guests can enjoy the estate’s lavender-view restaurant, wine tasting and a popular wedding venue.
The space
We have 6 villas in total on the estate, including Five 2-bedroom villas and One 1-bedroom villa. If you are travelling with a larger group and require additional accommodation, please feel free to contact us.
Villa Unit 2
This listing is for Villa Unit 2, featuring 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living areas and 2 kitchenettes, offering a spacious and comfortable countryside stay.
The villa has a unique layout designed for both comfort and privacy.
The two bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the main living area, each functioning almost like its own private suite.
This thoughtful design provides both shared living space and excellent privacy, making the villa ideal for two couples, friends travelling together or small families.
Each bedroom includes:
* 1 king bed
* A private ensuite bathroom
* A sofa lounge
* A smart TV
When the doors are closed, each side offers a high level of privacy, creating a comfortable and relaxing retreat for guests.
Each bedroom also features a sofa that can be converted into a single sofa bed suitable for children or small adults.
Sofa beds are available upon advance request and may incur an additional fee. Please ensure the correct number of guests is entered when booking, as the villa is set up for 4 guests by default.
Bedroom 1 also includes a private kitchenette equipped with a kettle, coffee facilities and a fridge.
The main living area features an additional kitchenette suitable for light refreshments.
Both bedrooms open onto private balconies with outdoor furniture, providing a peaceful space to relax while enjoying views of the surrounding vineyard and countryside.

Guests can also take a relaxing walk around the property, admire the beautiful lavender fields and vineyard views, and explore the Lavender Gift shop, which offers locally made lavender products, wines and unique souvenirs.
You may also spot wild kangaroos around the farm, adding to the unique countryside experience.

A cleaning fee of $100 applies per use.
