An easy living space that is ample for a short beach side holiday.
The property is on the North side of the town-site and you only have to cross a quiet road to follow the footpath to the beach track. You can be on the beach for a swim or beach walk within a few minutes. See our website video of how close and easy it is to walk to the beach.
The unit is self contained with your own private access through a separate/independent door. There is a shared laundry and outdoor drying space. There is an outdoor terrace on the west side which is very private. Occasionally occupants of the residence may require access down the driveway off Gordon Street, but in the main the driveway is available to guests.

There may be occupants in the residence available to assist you at times.
