Far enough away from the busy towns of Naoussa and Parikia, but close enough to enjoy it all during your stay.
The space
Paros Dream House Piso Livadi has a calming energy from the moment you enter the front gate, and the property is well equipped to make you feel right at home. Meticulous care has been taken with the decoration and amenities to ensure you have everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. With beautiful views to the port, across to Naxos island, and to Saint Antonio Monastery in Marpissa from the balcony, the house is perfectly set up for outdoor living. There are three lovely separate outdoor spaces, including two small garden sanctuaries, and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, drinks in the evening, and meals. The full kitchen, with all you will need to prepare meals, leads directly to the balcony. The total indoor space is well designed and includes two bedrooms, one full bathroom and an extra WC. The main bedroom can be made up as a double or a twin room, and the second bedroom has a double bed. We are ideally located and within walking distance to wonderful well protected beaches. Just a 5 minute walk to Piso Livadi port and beach, where you can sit on the sand for breakfast, lunch and dinner, or just enjoy a drink, and take your pick of gorgeous traditional taverns and bars. There is also a mini market and a few small shops and a bus stop in the port. An extra couple of minutes walk will take you to Logaras beach, where you will find more cafes, beach bars/restaurants. If you enjoy walking off the beaten track a little, you can walk all along the coast, right to Punda beach, and further on to Golden beach. The advantage of being in Piso Livadi is that when the prevalent North wind is blowing, the beaches close by are protected from the wind. A larger supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries and small shops are also within a ten minute walk, or 2 minute drive. If you want to drag yourself away from the oasis of the surrounding local community to discover more of the island, Naousa is only 13km away, and Paroikia town and port is 17km. The airport is 20km away.
Please note, if you are over 190cm, the shower will not be very comfortable for you as it is built under the stairwell and therefore the highest part of the shower ceiling is only 193cm, however we do have a small stool to sit on it the shower.
Also, if you have any mobility issues, please contact Danielle to see if the property will be suitable for you. The staircase from the ground floor to the bedrooms is typical Cycladic style, and is quite narrow and a little steep.

You will have full private access to the house, two small gardens and a balcony. Doors from the upper level and lower level have external key lock so if you are heading to the port or beach you can leave the house from the lower level for quicker access.
Other things to note
The house has been furnished with love and care to ensure you have everything you need for a truly memorable holiday, but if there is something you think is missing, within reason, Toni will try to help supply it for you.
Piso Livadi is a wonderful location, offering so many special experiences, from dining, sailing, boating to Naxos and other closely located islands for the day, hiking, historical sites, or just lazing on the beach with a cocktail! You don't need to move far from Paros Dream House to enjoy a holiday suited perfectly to your specifications. Perfect for families, couples, groups of friends, or even the solo traveler.
