My place is close to The beach. You’ll love my place because of Close to everything in Zipolite, but tranquil with a lot of birds and iguanas. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).

The hammock on our treehouse porch made for such a blissful reading spot and mezcal sipping space. It was nice that the treehouse was set off the main road a bit, really making you feel in the jungle but the beach was less than a 5minute walk away. Perfect spot and such an incredibly helpful host. Would recommend to anyone

The room was nicely sealed from mosquitoes, and we managed to stay comfortable and cool at night. The compost toilet was clean and odorless.

If you like camping then you will LOVE this place. The best thing was waking up with the canopy outside each of the windows, a green light glowing into the room. Hanging out (literally) in the hammock on the deck was lovely - it catches a bit of a breeze what with being so high up. And there are not that many bugs for the same reason. Even if there were, there is mosquito netting on the windows. The location is 10 mins walk from the busier part of town/ end of the beach but that wasn't really a problem for us - it was peaceful and private. Jim is a very friendly and helpful host and good for a chat and sharing advice and helping with any small issues we had. My only issue personally was that I would have liked it to be a bit cleaner. If turning up to a spotless room is important to you then you may find this an issue. If you don't mind that kind of thing then you shouldn't have any problems. In case this is important to you: My computer picked up the wifi fine, enough to watch Youtube videos etc. My phone couldn't quite get connected and I needed to go downstairs for that. I would recommend this place to friends.

James' house is really nice and comfortable. It is close to the beach where you can swim, surf, eat and drink. Talk with him before travel since is not easy to find the place because of internet maps, it's not his fault. Go straight to comedor Alex, it is behind this place.

James place is in a quiet area of Zipolite, but easily accessible by foot. The room is very private, because they're just a few neighbours, who cannot see the room or the terrace. James is an awesome host, he couldn't have been better. The accommodation itself is simple, with the dry toilet it almost felt like camping. Could have been a little bit cleaner, but we really liked it there.
