Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
A big, beautiful hilltop home sitting inside Heritage Golf & Country Club, 919 square metres of indoor space on 7 hectares, with views that genuinely stop you in your tracks. Five bedrooms, an indoor pool, a tennis court, and kangaroos on the lawn. Bring the whole family. You won't want to leave.

The space
This place sits right on top of the hill inside Heritage Golf & Country Club. From every window you get the golf course, the valley, the river — and in the mornings, a low mist settles over the landscape that honestly looks like something out of a painting. Sunrises and sunsets here are the reason we fell in love with this property.

The house is big. Really big. And that's the beauty of it — everyone gets their own space. You can have sixteen people here and still find a quiet corner to read a book or just sit with a coffee and watch the kangaroos graze outside.

Two of our favourite spots are the curved glass sunrooms — they extend off the master bedroom side of the house, these gorgeous round rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows
that wrap right around you. In the morning they fill with the most beautiful light. We always find people just sitting in there, not doing anything, just looking out. That's the kind of place this is.

THE POOL & ENTERTAINING

The indoor pool is in its own pavilion with a big arched timber ceiling, skylights, and sun loungers around the edge. It's not a heated pool, perfect in summer, bracing in winter if you're brave. There's a proper bar right next to it with stools and a timber counter, and a bathroom and shower between the bar and the outdoor dining area, so you can spend a whole afternoon going between the pool and a drink without ever going back inside the main house.

Outside, the stone terrace has a long dining table and a gas BBQ. The tennis court has floodlights so you can play well into the evening. Inside, there's a full-size snooker table for you to enjoy.

THE KITCHEN & LIVING

The kitchen is well set up — island bench, gas and induction cooktops, double oven, big fridge, everything you need if you're cooking for a crowd. The dining table seats
twelve comfortably. The living room is open and flows through several seating areas —a formal lounge, a casual TV room with a fireplace, and the sunroom nook. The whole
house has zoned central air conditioning, so each room has its own climate control.
Plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

THE BEDROOMS

Five bedrooms across the house:
— Master: king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite full bathroom with bathtub, its own curved glass sunroom, (Versace Designer sofa)
— Bedroom 2: queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, sitting chairs, ensuite with separate shower and toilet, verandah access.
— Bedroom 3: two king single beds, built-in bookshelf wall, direct drinking water tap.
— Bedroom 4: two king single beds, wardrobe, sitting chairs with coffee table.
— Bedroom 5: queen bed, walk-in wardrobe. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a full bathroom, its own curved glass sunroom

THE SETTING

You're inside a private golf and country club, so it's quiet and secure. Kangaroos are everywhere — they graze on the lawn at dawn and dusk and honestly never get old. The mist in winter mornings is something else. At night the house glows against a dark country sky and you'd never know Melbourne is only 45 minutes away.

We've made a lot of memories here, and we think you will too.

Guest access
Full access to the entire estate and all amenities.

Other things to note
The property is inside Heritage Golf & Country Club — a gated community surrounded by golf fairways, bushland, and open farmland. Kangaroos are around every day.

You're close to the Yarra Valley wine region — plenty of wineries, restaurants, and farm-gate producers within a short drive. Chirnside Park shopping centre is nearby for groceries, cafes, and the Healesville Sanctuary if you want a day out.

Melbourne CBD is about 45 minutes by car. Airport is around an hour.
