I am shocked and disappointed with this review, as I have never received a negative one. I would like to address this review as to give some clarity to why Priya’s father would say such things that I believe are untrue and said in spite.
1. The lady that made the booking Priya, was not even a guest staying, which was sprung on me the night of the check in when they said they would be late and arriving at 9pm at night. I believe this set the tone for the misunderstanding of what the listing offered because I believe they guests staying were not told by Priya what amenities were available to guests.
2. After realising that the room provided does not have an air conditioner, which was stipulated on my listing, they then requested to sleep in my living room due to the air conditioner being located there. I agreed to this the first night but after waking up the following morning and realising they went out with the air con still on I was forced to speak to them and let them know I was uncomfortable with turning the living room which is a common area of my apartment into a bedroom. I believe this conversation left a sour taste in the guests mouths and therefore led to this poor and spiteful review.
3. In regard to the accuracy feedback I am still scratching my head on this and I think if the person who made the booking and didn’t stay, Priya told her father what she had booked for them they may have found a more suitable place to stay, more accurately a hotel.
4. To address the cleanliness feedback, I own my apartment and I make sure it is clean at all times so I am once again dissapointed and honestly shocked by these false claims that I believe were said out of spite rather than actual fact.
I hope this gives further clarity and will hopefully help future guests to understand that I think emotion has got in the way of fact. Please read the other 99% of my reviews and ask yourself who is telling the truth here.
