Relax and unwind with this Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers a retreat feel with private pool. Ideal for families or groups. Enjoy a bright, comfortable space with high ceilings and windows with plenty of natural light. Fully Equipped kitchen. Conveniently located near US1 - 20minutes to Beaches in Jensen, Stuart or Fort Pierce. 2hrs from Orlando or Miami. Very friendly neighborhood!

The space

2nd Room - Queen size bed
3rd Room - Bunkbed - bottom Full & top is Twin size.

All 3 rooms have closets with shelf space and hangers.
Master is walk in closet.

Quiet or Working area space with small desk and couch in bay window front of home next to entrance.

Currently there is no fence, in the grass/yard area. The pool enclosure does have high bushes for privacy in the pool/patio area.

The pool is not heated.

Bbq available with propane tank.

Inside the home are high ceilings with natural lighting. Ceiling fans for circulation and central AC/Heat.

2 full Bathrooms
Master bathroom has double head shower and a tub for relaxation with TV and different lighting for your taste.

Guest bathroom has stand up shower, and ventilation switch.

Kitchen available, make yourself feel at home. Sit at island or the Dining table looking out to the pool area.

Relax in the living room with our oversized couch and tv.

Let shine come in or out with the black out curtains in every room.

Laundry available for use, detergent available.

Driveway is under construction but fully available.

Other things to note
Please note:
The city has the street under construction building a sidewalk, the driveway is also under construction.

They work Mon-Fri est 7am-4pm. No work on weekends.

The road has a sign that it is closed.
I have been trying to stay current on all access entry and I will always send info with the check in instructions.

As of July they are working out front or around this block, There is a lot of sand/dirt on road and driveway. They were able to advise it will be another 3 months in this area.

For those who would like to book weekdays please be advised sometimes the workers may need to block driveway and will knock on door to ask if you will be going out and if yes, they do ask to park the car in an area you can move. Doesn’t happen everyday but only if they are working in front. They do give back access to driveway before they end the day.

On the day of check in, I do send a message with directions and a picture map to access home since the road closure. Also I am available to help with directions too.
