This is a great find! It’s just a few minutes walk to shopping and restaurants in Covent Garden. There’s two coffee shops and a pub just down stairs and a convenience store just down the street. The living area was spacious. Great spot for a girls’ trip.

This is a typical Airbnb-Apartement that is NOT a private, lived in, home of somebody. Its a great spot to sleep in and have a shower in the middle of London for a reasonable price if you are at least 3 People. The Apartemnt feels freshly renovated and has a tastefull furnishing…

We are glad to know you enjoyed the great location of the apartment as well as its spaciousness but are sorry to hear you were disappointed with other aspects of your stay. It sounds as though your expectations were perhaps set a little too high as you were expecting certain amenities which were never indicated on the listing nor promised such as an MP3 player. Unfortunately we no longer provide electrical converters as it proved to be very difficult to keep a good supply of them in the apartment (travellers have often taken them by accident to their next destination) and this was indicated to you in your confirmation email. We do not provide ashtrays as the apartment is strictly non-smoking, including the balcony. For the tea, salt, pepper, etc., these are all items which we do not typically provide as everyone has different tastes and expectations regarding these items, and in the past, guests have not been pleased to find half-used salt containers and other items in the flat, so we feel it is better to leave them out. Nadia, now that we have made things more clear regarding exactly what is and isn't provided (based on the photos, flat description and rules on the listing), perhaps we can better see eye-to-eye and you will know exactly what you are receiving when booking the apartment. We wish you only the best and would like to let you know that we would be happy to host you again one day. Please know we have many apartments in London and there are surely others which perhaps better suit your needs in terms of location, spaciousness, amenities and more. Do take care until then.

Dear Carolina, thank you very much for taking the time to write such a detailed and thoughtful review regarding your recent stay with us in London. We are glad to know you enjoyed the fantastic location of the apartment. We are sorry to hear however, that you were disappointed with other aspects of your stay. We apologize if the late arrival fee came as a bad surprise to you as you did not view this part of the listing before making a booking request. The late arrival fee is to compensate for the fact that a member of our Welcoming Team must work after hours to provide you with the keys. We prefer meeting our guests at our property instead of leaving the keys in a lock box as it is a safer way to do the check in and it allows us to give our guests a tour of the apartment, show them how to work the appliances, get them connected to the Wi-Fi and answer whatever questions they may have before getting settled into the apartment. Unfortunately you ended up getting stuck in traffic, ensuing in a late arrival which was not initially planned. We would like to point out that we do not promise to provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. These are all items which we do not typically provide as everyone has different tastes and expectations regarding these items, and in the past, guests have not been pleased to find half-used salt containers and other items in the flat, so we feel it is better to leave them out. There is, of course, a grocery store very close by where you can purchase all of these items to your liking. The photos were done by a professional photographer recommended to us by Air BnB and accurately reflect the actual apartment. .
