Nestled amongst a large tropical garden, Keats Cottage is a relaxed, classic, freshly renovated beach house. It has a beautiful heated mineral pool. Only a short walk to the town’s main strip and beach, this peaceful haven is perfect for families and couples. With two large bedrooms and a kids room, a large beautiful deck overlooking the garden and hinterlands, Keats cottage is perfect for late breakfasts, entertaining BBQ's, swimming in the pool or just reading on the day bed.

The space
Keats Cottage is a classic Byron beach house. It was recently renovated and has an open feel and all the mod cons needed to relax. The deck has a day bed, BBQ and large dining table that overlooks the beautiful garden, with the hinterlands in the distance. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac Keats Cottage is very private with lots of beautiful flora and birds! It's an ideal place to enjoy the company of family and friends, or just relax.

Keats Cottage contains two large bedroom with Queen beds, plus a small kids room with a single bed and trundle. The cottage has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen, floorboards, panelling on the walls and painted. There are white linen and blockout curtains in all the bedrooms and the lounge room. There is second bathroom with toilet and shower not far from the pool area.

The house has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the lounge room. There is fast, wireless internet, a television with Netflix, board games and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new fridge, microwave, oven, stovetop and dishwasher.

Keats Cottage is child friendly, with a great safe, fenced backyard. There are toys, a chalkboard, boardgames and books available for guest use.

It would be possible to sleep more guests however please let us know when booking.

Guests have access to the entire house and yard, other than the garage.

Other things to note
As the house is located in residential neighbourhood we have a strict noise policy. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, unless prior arrangements have been made with Management. Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise and loud music is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received a first warning will be given, if a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

We do not accept Schoolies bookings.
