If you LOVE wildlife and farms as well as being close to the CITY, you will LOVE staying on our farm where we carry out falconry experiences. You can hear the owls at night, see the falcons/hawks/owls in the aviaries during the day. 5 acres you can walk around on. Your own entrance, bedroom, LR/kitchenette and semi-private bath down central hall. 15-20 mins from downtown Nashville. Located just off I-24 exit so you can hear the highway from outside, but it's quiet inside. Rooster crows!

The space
Living/kitchenette with separate bedroom. Large refrigerator. Kitchen has 2 burner hot plate, Ninja air fryer, microwave, coffee/tea cafetière, milk frother, pots/pans and dishes with utensils. Plenty of cabinet space. You can also get reverse osmosis filtered water from the other side/owner's side kitchen to keep in your fridge. Laundry W/D available in separate laundry room in between suites.

We ARE located just off I-24 exit so you can hear the highway from outside, although this is very muted inside so PEACE is to be had. But the views are very country so it's still quite peaceful.

Guest access
You have your separate side entrance and access to entire side yard with lovely views as well as rest of property. You can also use back deck, walk fields, see the birds of prey etc. We also have chickens and pigeons! No loud music please!

Other things to note
No loud music. You have your own tv and we also watch tv on our side. I am a night owl so quiet in mornings (except rooster crows but we do have ear plugs!) but keep tv low. So generally house is peaceful and quiet, no loud music or parties!

I'm originally from the US, lived in London 6 years and moved to the country to write and practice falconry and conservation. I was a professional songwriter and singer for many years and am now returning to my music career feeling inspired! I live on the OTHER side of the house and have 20 birds of prey and a thriving business as 1 of only 6 places in the US where you can do a falconry experience handling/flying falcons, hawks, owls, a crow and an EAGLE!
