Beautiful, light-filled charming Lakeside Villa featuring LAKE VIEWS from every window of the Villa. We feature a very comfortable KING bedroom and adjoining bathroom with nice sized patio overlooking the Lake and Observation areas of the 'The Island'. Featuring resort-like grounds and amenities just steps from your Villa door. Relax and take in the amazing Lake and Hill country views and nature from our retreat. You will feel a million miles away, but be only 55 mins from downtown Austin!

The space
Here at the Casita you will find a spacious and bright 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa that comes equipped with a large screen TV and free/excellent WIFI. In addition you will find a DVD library along with board games, puzzles, books and magazines. This Villa is for 2 Guests only!

Modern kitchen has all the basics you could need...including complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Washer/ Dryer are available in a shared, coin operated laundry room in the complex. Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable KING sized bed. Modern, clean jack and jill style bathroom for privacy. Take your relaxation out onto the patio space and take in the incredible views of our Lake and Texas Hill Country! You will find we have equipped our space with lots of extras...pool towels, pool noodles, tennis racquets, etc!

We strive to provide for the ultimate guest experience. You have access to all the wonderful amenities the Island of Lake Travis has to offer...pools, gym, spa/sauna, wildlife, tennis and so much more. You can also contact local vendors for kayaks, SUP, pontoon and speed boat rentals, etc. Be as busy or as relaxed as you like...you truly can do it all at the Island!

The Villa is within The Island at Lake Travis in Lago Vista, TX @45-55 minutes from downtown Austin. Surrounded by the Lake and the Hill Country, the complex features 3 Pools with heated Hot Tubs, indoor Spa/ Sauna/Pool/Gym along with and outdoor tennis courts, fishing area and picnic pavillions. There is also an onsite Restaurant, Spa/Salon & Boutique with kayak, SUP, rentals & more! Scenic views abound, easy Lake access and all the nature you can imagine...deer can often be spotted roaming the grounds!

We live here locally in Austin. We enjoy hiking, exploring and water activities with our family and friends. We have hosted these two Villas at the Island for years and we consider the Island our second home!

During your stay

We also furnish booked guests with that information prior to their stay so they can plan their perfect Getaway!
