房東胡亂求償,完全不建議入住。這是我第一次透過Airbnb找房,沒想到就遇到這樣的事。
房東設了很多條約,房客若違約就求償,其中一項是入住時房客若遲到要罰款,但房東自己並不遵守額約,我跟我太太入住當天房東遲到30分鐘才來,而且遲到期間不只沒主動告知,我們主動聯繫也不回應。
辦理入住時,房東要求另外簽署他自己的另一份合約,雖然內容大致上跟房東在Airbnb上公告的條約類似,但事前並沒有告知,當場要求簽署合約,讓人很錯愕。
10天後,我們退房,房東告知我們把鑰匙放在郵箱即可,我們就離開了。幾天後,房東求償,指控我跟我太太,說台燈的燈罩裂了,還有洗碗機內部生鏽…

Appartamento bellissimo in un contesto residenziale signorile. É dotata di tutti i confort e adatta sia per due che per 4 persone. Si trova all'entrata della metro di Canada water e accanto al supermercato. Io e la mia famiglia ci torneremo sicuramente.

We are always happy and easy going .
Both of us working in Canary wharf very close to the apartment. In case of emergency we can be at the property at any time. Or you can contact us over the phone.
We love take pictures, cooking, music and movies!
