Bright double bedroom with free parking situated just a 10 minute walk from both Canterbury city centre and Canterbury West train station.

With all the shopping and tourist attractions that Canterbury has to offer, The Beeches is the perfect home to stay in. A second double bedroom is also available to book.

The space

Double bedroom with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and towels. Tea and coffee making facilities available in room, including fresh cafetiere coffee.

Guest access

Access to the shared bathroom which includes a separate bath and shower where you can enjoy the specially filtered soft water on offer! There is also an additional toilet downstairs. There is no access to the owner's living room or kitchen and therefore no cooking facilities are available. Please note, breakfast is not provided but I can recommend lots of good breakfast spots in town!

Other things to note

I also have another double room in my house which is also on Airbnb. This means there might be other guests staying in the adjacent room, I will do my best to inform you before your visit if this is the case.

Prime spot, easy walk to everything in town. Comfortable, clean, cosy well equipped room.

This immaculate space provided both comfort and convenience. But what struck me most was the strong sense of privacy. The house has privacy doors to the living room and the kitchen and Susie makes it gently clear which spaces are for guests and which are not. That gave me a feeling of being on my own in my own house.

A brilliant place to stay in Canterbury. Susie was a lovely host and had some excellent tips for where to go in and what to see. Will definitely look Susie's place when I'm visiting Canterbury again!

Lovely house with lovely hosts who make you feel as if you were at home! The room was extremely clean and nice, so was the bathroom. Location is also lovely and quiet and 15 mins to the city center. Would definitely stay again!

I live with my partner Jen and am a teacher working at a nearby school in the cathedral city of Canterbury, Kent. I love living in Canterbury as it's such a beautiful and historic city with so much to see and do. I enjoy visiting the many nearby beaches in the summer and going on walks and cycles in the countryside in the winter, but my favourite is just being able to stroll into town on a lazy Sunday to go for coffee and pop to the shops. I can offer great advice on things to do and places to eat in Canterbury if you would like, just let me know!
