Long Stays:
For bookings of 14 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a refresh, restock and full clean for $189. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain and inspect our property, keeping it in top condition through out your stay.

We respectfully ask that you review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Please be aware that parties or events of any nature will not be permitted. Non compliance with this regulation will result with eviction from the premises and charges for necessary damage or extra cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in advance!

Failure to adhere to scheduled Check-Out times will incur an additional fee of $50

A $350 fee will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 cleaning fine.

A $50 delivery fee applies for returning any forgotten items.

Please leave the space tidy and clean upon checkout.
