'South Pacific' is a spacious, modern 220 sqm, 3-bedroom 3-bath home in the perfect location sleeping 6 adults - the perfect getaway for summer holidays or warm and cosy winter breaks.
COURTYARD SURPRISE
As you open the front door you immediately enter a charming open courtyard with an alfresco dining and BBQ area. Dine under the stars or just relax quietly in the sun whilst still enjoying the stunning ocean views.
OPEN-PLAN LIVING AREA
From the courtyard you step through full-width bi-fold glass doors into the giant open-plan living area featuring an arched timber ceiling, polished wood floors and ceiling fans. The inviting wood heater makes for cosy breaks during winter. Sliding doors then open up onto the covered north-facing deck and lawn with the ocean just a few metres away.
BEDROOMS
All three are individually styled, full-size bedrooms, each with a bathroom of its own.
MASTER SUITE - has a kingsize luxury bed, en-suite and walk-in dressing room. Sliding glass doors open up on to the deck letting you enjoy the same breathtaking views over the ocean, beaches and mountains. The 'top spot' to continue your whale and dolphin spotting - without moving from the bed!
COURTYARD BEDROOM - the east wing of the house sports a luxury queen-size double bed with sliding glass doorway opening into the courtyard. It has its own large bathroom featuring shower, full-size bath and two basins.
THIRD BEDROOM - situated on the other wing has a charming garden view with lots of sunshine and provides two ‘king’ single beds and adjoining bathroom.
KITCHEN - with its long timber breakfast bar is fully equipped with Miele appliances - microwave, oven/grill, dishwasher, gas hob etc. Nespresso Coffee Maker, Juicers etc. Everything you’d expect for a modern day kitchen.
LAUNDRY - if you must do some washing! There's a full blown laundry (washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment etc) secreted behind the bi-fold doors in the third bathroom.
GARDENS - level front and back are suitable for lawn based activities such as boules or badminton. NOTE though please, that the property boundaries are unfenced, so caution with children and pets please.
