The location is very convenient if you are going to try and see a large portion of Provence and the house, overall, was quite nice. At the beginning of our stay, we were greeted by the owner's daughter and she was lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately, she was only there for t…

Response from Haras Du Coussoul:
I told Kevin that for insurance reasons that I could not let the girls ride on the farm but that I would be glad to organise riding elsewhere- He never mentioned riding to me at all, after their arrival.I am very sorry this caused a problem for them. As a matter of fact, I found them friendly and, in spite of the fact that I was in the middle of an important horse show, I remained available for any assistence they might need. The wifi was a problem due to the breakdown of a regional line so I did do my best to keep the system working- The dryer is brand new and the washing machine works very well. There is a bathroom with bath on the second floor and a shower in a separate area The bathroom on the ground floor is there for people leaving the pool. I think they had problems with French appliances because the dishwasher in the kitchen works very well- all are Bosch or Miele machines. I have trouble hearing these remarks because I saw them everyday. My daughter did receive them and I met them several hours later and offered them suggestions as to where to go etc... Perhaos they should have been more outgoing with their reservations. I also spent the first day fighting with their airline company which lost their bagage and quickly resolved the matter for them so they could get it back as soon as possible- no simple matter. My brother had just had the same problem and it took a week to get his back. All in all, I am disappointed in their review. Most people agree that this is a magnificent property with a charming house. Better luck for them elsewhere.
