The space
A beautiful, open and airy apartment awaits on the 11th floor offering a relaxed coastal retreat with stunning outlooks that stretch from the beach and ocean to the Gold Coast waterways and hinterland.

With light-filled interiors, sea breezes and a genuinely comfortable layout, this is the kind of place you’ll settle into straight away.

The spacious open-plan living area is made for unwinding, featuring a huge comfy lounge and an easy flow through to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with quality appliances.

The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffees or sunset drinks while taking in the views.

The main bedroom is a calm, comfortable inviting space with built in wardrobe, TV and ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has two single beds with west-facing views across the Gold Coast’s Nerang River and out to the hinterland.

Both bedrooms include ceiling fans and block-out blinds for a great night’s sleep.

The apartment also includes a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Other things to note
Please note that the Gold Coast and Surfers Paradise is going through a construction boom at the moment. There are some nearby buildings under construction which may contribute to noise when the windows are open. The windows seal very well and keep most of the noise out.
