This warm and comfortable 3 bedroom home is set in the heart of beautiful Timboon, only a short walk to all Timboon has to offer,
including Timboon railway distillery, Timboon ice cream, restaurant, supermarket and cafes. Timboon is also central to the 12 Apostles gourmet food trail, which includes Timboon Cheesery.
Being only a 10 minute drive to Port Campbell, and all the great ocean road has to offer makes Timboon Retreat the ideal place to spend your time when exploring this beautiful area

This home has 3 bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a queen bed with electric blanket, sheets, doonas and blankets on the beds.
There is a Television on the wall in the main bedroom.
The second bedroom has 3 single beds, two of them with electric blankets,
The third bedroom has a queen bed with electric blankets, sheets doonas and blankets on the beds.
A porter cot and high chair available for the little one.
There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet and hand basin with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and liquid hand soap and towels provided.
There is another toilet off the laundry,
The laundry has washing machine with washing powder provided as well as iron and ironing board, they have both been recently renovated.
The kitchen is equipped for you to make your own meals
it has an oven with electric hot plates, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, large double sink, saucepans and large frying pan, wok, rice cooker, toasted sandwich maker toaster and kettle, all crockery, with a small starter amount of tea, coffee, sugar provided.
The backyard is large and fully
enclosed
There is a bbq and outdoor setting in an under cover area,
a separate area with a fire pit for you to use and enjoy,
some wood is provided, and if more is needed you can purchase from us, or welcome to bring your own.
Timboon Retreat is cleaned to a high standard with all linen and doonas cleaned after each guest, Your stay will be very comfortable.

Access to entire house, and large backyard.
You do need to go up about 3 small steps to get into the house, there is a safety rail on them.
TV and DVD player and DVDs, kids toys and books and large enclosed backyard.
BBQ area and fire pit, for you to enjoy
