This is an absolute gem of a place, we will go out of our way to stay here again. What Helen has created here is truly special. So tranquil and the natural beauty of the area is breathtaking. The house itself is super comfortable, eccentric, warm and has everything you need for a break from the every day grind! Kitchen gets a special mention as one of the best youll find on airbnb.

Helen was such a communicative host. The house has incredible views. The unique art and decor throughout the house is stunning. The entire home seems purposefully designed to highlight the surrounding property and larger setting. One of the high points of our stay was taking a short walk down the road and gathering wild black berries for our breakfast. We would love to stay here again.

Pigeon Bay Paradise was just what we needed. It was peaceful, private, beautifully appointed and yet we had WiFi which meant we could choose when to be available to the world. We also really enjoyed the art and quirky collections as well as the personal touches such as flowers and dried teas in the house. The house was immaculate and so easy to live in - we loved our time there. Our host, Helen, was wonderful to deal with and we are so grateful she shares her home on Airbnb.

Delightful, peaceful. secluded and tranquil place which we enjoyed thoroughly. the hot tub was divine! The whole house is well equipped and food lovers will adore the kitchen - and being able to make espresso coffee was a treat. If you enjoy walking this is a lovely area to explore. The art work inside and out is further food for the soul. If you plan to use the hot tub, I would request extra towels as we thought one towel for two nights was not sufficient. However this did not detract from our enjoyment there.
