The property will open for guest stays from May 2026 and is currently completing its final furnishing and styling phase, with professional photography scheduled prior to the first stays.

The villa comprises eight generously sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, designed to comfortably accommodate larger families or groups travelling together.

Interior spaces include a main living room featuring a large traditional fireplace, a dining room seating up to 22 guests, along with multiple indoor and outdoor areas for relaxing and gathering.

Outdoor spaces
Guests can enjoy the landscaped gardens, private pool, and a variety of outdoor seating areas ideal for dining and enjoying the Tuscan setting.

Practicalities
On-site parking is available within the property grounds. The villa is fully self-contained and intended for exclusive use by one guest group at a time.

Guest access
Guests enjoy exclusive use of a private villa with extensive gardens, terraces, on-site parking and a swimming pool — a rare combination within the historic centre of a Tuscan hill town.

From the villa, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, a small supermarket, butchers and local shops are all within easy walking distance, allowing guests to enjoy village life without always relying on a car. The villa also provides an ideal base for exploring the Tuscan countryside, with Florence, Siena, Cortona and Arezzo easily reached for day trips.

The villa is arranged over multiple levels and is served by a private internal lift, providing convenient access throughout the house from the on-site parking level and from the historic laneway (Corso delle Monache).

Lucignano is a very friendly town of about 1000 inhabitants situated in central Tuscany with easy access to many of the attractions of the region.
