Hudson Valley Ranch is a secluded lakefront retreat set within a working cattle property in the Northern NSW hinterland. Recently renovated with premium finishes, the home features generous living and entertaining spaces, a private lake with pontoon, heated pool with spa jets overlooking the paddocks, lakeside sauna, firepit and alfresco dining. A fully equipped office with strong connectivity also makes it ideal for extended stays or working remotely while immersed in nature.

The space
Hudson Valley Ranch has been thoughtfully renovated to combine the character of a rural property with modern comfort and generous living spaces.

The home features four bedrooms, all with sweeping views across different parts of the property. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and private ensuite. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds overlooking the paddocks, lake and surrounding landscape, while the fourth bedroom functions well as a family room with a queen bed and a set of children bunk beds.

The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and everything needed for relaxed meals or entertaining. Open-plan living and dining areas create a comfortable space to gather, with a fireplace adding warmth during cooler months. A dedicated office with reliable internet allows guests to comfortably work remotely and extend their stay if desired.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. A heated pool with spa jets overlooks the lake and paddocks, while the alfresco entertaining area includes a barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven and outdoor fireplace. A large fire pit area, designed for groups of up to ten people, sits beside the lake and provides a beautiful setting for evenings under the stars.

The property also features a lakeside sauna house with a premium HUUM heater, positioned beside the private lake with a pontoon and sweeping water views.

Surrounded by native bushland, Hudson Valley Ranch is home to an abundance of wildlife. Kangaroos and wallabies regularly visit the property, along with a wide variety of native birds and parrots. The creek that borders the property is also home to platypus, which can sometimes be spotted at dawn or dusk by patient observers.
