One of the few Absolute beachfront house's in Victoria. Only 12 houses sitting on the beachfront, you can cook dinner whilst watching the kids play in the bay Set on 1/2 acre its a fantastic house for 2 or 3 families to enjoy. Photos do not do this property justice

Great location right on quiet beachfront. Need a car since 2k from St Leonards shops and to explore wineries, local townships, golf courses etc. House has all facilities and ideal for large family or group of friends. Would happily rebook.

A stunning home right on the water! We loved staying here as a group of friends. Huge home and lots of bedrooms, and a view that is amazing to wake up to. Kitchen has everything you need to entertain and the bedrooms were all beautiful!

Thankyou for your review Sandra. Unfortunately you stayed during a period of multiple extreme heat days where few houses can stay cool. Our bedrooms are protected from the sun and ceiling fans are extremely efficient. Our upstairs study is rarely used as an overflow…

Fantastic place. Very clean , modern, spacious and generous. Grandchildren loved all the amenities for them . And that proximity to the beach is second to none. Will be coming back.
