The homestead is situated on a 1,000 acre farm that you can wander on that has panoramic views across a timeless landscape towards Otway peak Mount Sabine in the south to dormant volcano Mount Elephant in the north.

Huge outdoor undercover open fireplace adjacent to olympic size inground trampoline & outdoor in ground swimming pool - both with Otway views.

The space
In the colder months enjoy the built-in large combustible wood heater in the kitchen living area, traditional open fire place in the second living area or at any time split-system heater air-conditioner in the third Otways view living area.
All bedrooms have NOBO heaters.
