This six bedroom homestead has three spacious living areas making it perfect for families or groups who require a central base to explore the Otway Ranges region.

Enjoy panoramic views across a timeless ever changing landscape towards the Otway peak Mount Sabine in the south to dormant volcano Mount Elephant in the north.

The space
In the colder months enjoy the built-in large combustible wood heater in the kitchen living area, traditional open fire place in the second living area or at any time split-system heater air-conditioner in the third Otways view living area.
All bedrooms have NOBO heaters.

The nearest town Colac (population 11,817, approx. 10mins / 15km away) has become a regional hub for shopping and services. It is a convenient place to get supplies.

The closest coastal location is Lorne (approx.35min / 40km) or drive south through Forrest (approx.12min / 15km) over the Otway ranges to Apollo Bay (approx.45min / 50km).

Nearby popular township Birregurra (approx. 10mins / 15km away) has a farmers market every second Sunday of the month, cafes and eclectic shops. Treat yourself to a meal at Yield a restaurant and provisions store championing local or the celebrated Brae contemporary restaurant.

Otherwise just relax on the farm and go for walks through the bush or across the paddocks.
