In the heart of East Vancouver - the suite is 2 blocks from Commercial Drive’s fantastic vibe and perfectly located to access entertainment and events across the city while providing easy access to the North Shore mountains.

A private entrance and small patio offer privacy, while this 450 square foot suite is equipped with everything a single person or couple needs to enjoy Vancouver. The kitchen is well appointed, the bathroom and living space is comfortable and clean.

The space
First, the bachelor pad has a comfy queen size bed. The main space is heated by a gas fireplace, and the bathroom has in-floor heating. There is ample closet space and extra soundproofing in the walls and ceiling.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available.

Guest access
You will have a key to a private gate, and then a code to enter the private suite.

Other things to note
The space is great but you'll likely spend most of your waking hours on Commercial Drive which is a 3 minute walk from the door or in one of the other fun neighbourhoods that make up Vancouver. Or you’ll be at one of the beaches, or in the mountains, or in a stadium...

I've been living in Vancouver for 25 years. I love to spend time in nature - hiking, cycling, paddling, camping, walking my pup.
