This is one of the few places in the area with this amenity.
Close to public transport, airport, ferry, biking/walking trails, 15 mins. to City Centre. Great ambiance, quaint, outdoors private space, rural like neighbourhood. The Cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families with responsible children. Many clients call it 'Magical'. The space
The quaint self-contained Cottage sleeps up to 4 people - within a privately fenced area containing a patio, patio table and 4 chairs, and BBQ. Also the private use of a 4-person hot-tub. Surrounded by much flora - like bamboo, rhodos, flowers, and beautiful trees - the Mulberry, huge Arbutus, Cedars, fruit trees. 1 car parking designated next to Cottage.

We are happy to visit - or happy to give you lots of space to introvert or just have privacy. We are very open and understanding - just let us know. Lots of clients just like to chill at 'home'. A quiet neighbourhood - our street has a very rural feel to it - with the acre lots. If you go for a walk - you'll see bunnies and deer.:) Yet it's only 15 - 20 minutes to downtown or the ferry by car.

Peter & I bought this property 18 years ago. It has been a labor of love, blood, sweat, and tears! We hope you enjoy the space we have created! Plenty of birds and bees too. Peter was a Clearance Diver in the Navy - I was a Realtor. I love riding horses, Yoga, walking our 3 dogs, swimming, and gardening!
