Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Lovely villa close to Ponsonby Rd and City. Light filled, sunny room, moved from another property in Freemans Bay(see reviews) so know and love the area. A perfect spot for exploring the city, and catching the ferries to Waiheke Island and Devonport also a good setting off point to visit other parts of New Zealand. All the Restaurants and Bars of Ponsonby Rd five minutes walk away also public transport to Town and the Wynyard Quarter. We are a friendly relaxed couple who enjoy meeting people.

The space
Light, airy and large sunny bedroom overlooking the front deck and garden.Quiet street but very close to all the attractions. Bathroom solely for guests use just across the hall. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room also hairdryer,iron and bathrobes.
Homemade breakfast provided.

Happy for guests to sit out on the deck to enjoy the sun and for you to watch tv in our sitting room.

Our neighbourhood is a lovely place to live, whilst being quiet it is also very close to all the action . We have lived in Freemans Bay for 20 years and love the mix of people and houses around the area. It's one of the easiest places to walk to all the restaurants and fun vibes of Ponsonby road.
