The area have a blend of ethnic population from all parts of Nigeria (Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba)

The mosque may wake you up at six for a morning run but if you are a deep sleeper, you won't notice the morning bells.

Its easy to locate the market for fresh fruits and vegetables. Stick meat otherwise known an Suya is pretty much around. You may want to tryout riding in the local busses or tricycles. If you prefer to use a registered taxi you will have to indicate so a registered cab will be contacted on your behalf
