After a 1 kilometre stroll through luscious black berry laden vines, the Hut welcomes guests to relax in a peaceful, nature-filled destination.

The Hut sleeps up to 9 and is equipped with cold running water, a flushing toilet and a BBQ.

At almost 600 metres above sea level, temperatures can drop quickly, so warm clothing and a sleeping bag are essential.

Unwind at the outdoor fire as native birdsong and mountain air envelop you.

The space
The Hut is open plan with beds (a double bed, bunk, fold-out couch and mezzanine floor to accommodate up to 9 persons), a table, bench and sink with running cold water. The kitchen area accommodates most basic crockery, cutlery and utensil items.

There is a flushing indoor toilet too, but there is no hot water, no shower, no fridge and no lights, oh, and definitely no wifi!

Pillows with a protector and case and mattresses with protectors are provided, so you will need to bring a sleeping bag.

Warm clothes are essential too as you’ll be almost 600 metres above sea level and it rains A LOT!

As Korito Heights is a working farm (the walk up to the Hut is through our sheep paddocks) and adjacent to a national park, unfortunately dogs are not welcome.

Guest access
There is NO vehicle access to the Hut. The Hut can only be accessed by foot. The track can get muddy and it more often than not, rains at Korito Heights, so appropriate footwear is recommended.
