Our rental is located in the beachfront compound of the Griya Santrian Hotel, just a 100 meter walk from the white sandy beachfront of Sanur (with no road to cross!) If you are looking for a well located rental yet also quiet, then this Villa is a wonderful choice
The space
This private, modern holiday villa is newly built and wonderfully positioned in the centre of Sanur, a relaxed beachside suburb in the South East corner of Bali.
This Villa is located in a well positioned beachfront compound, just a 50 meter walk to the beachfront of Sanur (with no road to cross!) If you are looking for a well located rental, yet also quiet, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.
We also have 2 x 3 bedroom properties within 50 meters, so if you have a larger travelling party then combined, these properties are ideal.
This Villa is built around a central courtyard with pool, in a series of 3 independent pavilions.
First Pavilion
The first pavilion contains a well equipped kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs, lounge and smart TV with streaming service. It is fully air conditioned and also has 2 glass sliding doors that can be opened to the courtyard and pool area.
Second Pavilion
The second pavilion is the master bedroom. There is air conditioning, a king sized bed, a smart TV with streaming service, lounge seat, a large walk through wardrobe area with safety deposit box, a desk area overlooking the pool, and huge ensuite that has a walk in shower, and a seperate bath. The bedroom has 2 large sliding doors that open to the pool area and two large windows, to let the light in. Blackout curtains can be drawn to minimise this.
Third Pavilion
The third pavilion has 2 bedrooms.The first is a twin room with 2 single beds, which we can also configure as a King bed. The second room contains a queen size bed. Both rooms have air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, a large wardrobe with safety deposit box, and a smart TV with streaming services.
Swimming Pool Area
There is a gazebo next to the pool, 2 sun lounges, table and 4 chairs with large umbrella. Chairs and tables are also on the verandahs of the bedroom pavilions.
The swimming pool is 6.5 by 3 meters, and has two large access steps to the shallow end and a railing to assist getting in and out. It sits just outside the bedrooms and kitchen/ living room, providing a lovely outlook from within. The inside area can be securely locked off from the outdoor area, or a temporary pool fence can be installed should you be concerned for your children's pool safety.
The kitchen facilities in the Villa include a large refrigerator, a microwave, a three-burner gas cook top, toaster, coffee plunger and teapot, crockery, cutlery, glasses, saucepans and frypans, a filtered water dispenser....everything you need if you wished to self-cater these holidays.
Close by is a wide range of restaurants and nightlife, and many of the local restaurants will deliver. Balinese, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Seafood and Italian cuisine are all available in the local area, or we can send a chef to cook in the comfort of your Villa. The local supermarket is also only a short walk away.

The beach is a short walk or bicycle ride from the Villa, and once there you can utilise the beach front walkway and bikeway that extends the 6km length of Sanur beach.
Nearby also are Sanur and Benoa harbours, which give boat access to Lembongan, Lombok and the Gili islands, great places for scuba diving, snorkelling, surfing and other water based sports.
Please note the maximum occupancy for the Villa is 6 guests, including any children over 2 years. A cot can be hired to accommodate an additional (single) infant, and no more than 2 children under the age of 7.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the Villa bedrooms, living and dining rooms, kitchen and pool outdoor areas.
Other things to note
During your stay you will have the services of our guest liason staff, who will be available to assist you with any issues related to the Villa.
PLEASE NOTE
Check In time is from 3.00pm and Check Out time is at 10.00am.
We do ask that you vacate the Villa by this time as our staff need to prepare the Villa for new guests. Any delays after 10am will attract a late check out fee.
Late check out is only available if prior arrangements have been made with the Villa management. (the staff cannot confirm this) Please message or email this request.
We also ask that when you leave that you Villa that
• All glassware, plates, crockery and cutlery be returned to the kitchen and left by the sink.
• That towels be left together on the floor in the bathroom.
• That rubbish be removed to the rubbish bins in the bedrooms or kitchen.
• That the villa be left in a tidy condition.
If the Villa is left in an excessively untidy condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
After check out, unfortunately we don’t have any facility to store luggage. However, a local company can, and they will pick up from the Villa.
