All civilian cameras are used solely for safety and security purposes and are fully compliant with guidelines.
As this is an Airbnb home, these cameras are in place to protect both guests and hosts. For this reason, cameras cannot be disabled, covered, or tampered with at any time. Any such actions may result in immediate termination of the stay.

📌 POOL & SPA HEATING SERVICE:
Heating service is available as an optional add-on if you would like extra warmth. If you would like the pool and/or spa heated, please notify the Host in advance. Heating service is available daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and heating fees must be paid prior to activation:
• Pool Heating (up to 92°F): $350 per day
Includes 2 complimentary continuous hours of Spa heating per day upon advanced request.
• Spa Heating Only (up to 102°F) minimum of 3 consecutive hours: $40 per hour.

📌 GUEST COUNT:
You must book for the EXACT number of guests staying in the home.
• A fee of $150 per guest, per night will apply for any additional guest exceeding 6, if approved by the Host.

📌 Trash Collection (Wednesday–Thursday stays):
• Guests responsible to place trash bins at the curb Wednesday evening for the City Sanitation to pick up.
• And return bins on Thursday evening to the front yard.

📌 PET POLICY
We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property. This includes all animals, as the owner has a severe allergy condition. We appreciate your understanding.

📌 ADDITIONAL HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee.
• Cleaning can only be performed while guests are present in the home.
Please contact your Host if you would like to schedule an additional housekeeping during your stay.

📌 ALARM:
The home’s ALARM system is not included as part of the rental and is not accessible to guests.

📌 FOOD AND PANTRY ITEMS:
We don’t provide food or pantry items, but you’re welcome to use anything that’s already in the kitchen during your stay.

📌 NOISE POLICY/QUIET HOURS:
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, please observe the following:
• We value our wonderful neighbors, please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. All noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level during this time.
• Parties and large gatherings are not permitted at any time.
• Be mindful when using outdoor spaces, especially at night. Noise complaints can result in fines and immediate termination of your stay as per Airbnb policy.
NOTE: Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to avoid noise complaints.
We kindly recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, as they are easy to connect and can be placed wherever you prefer. Absolutely no outside music is allowed past 10:00 PM, and only low-decibel, non-amplified speakers are permitted.
