All our kitchens are fully equipped so you can cook like a chef or just welcome a chef to cook for you!
All our bedrooms get hotel comfort king size beds for a restorative sleep and en-suite bathrooms.

The villa gets 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and can welcome 10 guests.
Kitchen is equipped with a full set of cooking utensils, a dishwasher, an oven, fridge, gas cooker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, blender and outdoor kitchen gets a BBQ.
Laundry provides a washing machine, dryer machine, clothes hanger, ironing table and iron.

Our villas are located on a hill, reason why they offer such a beautiful sea view.
A 4x4 is needed to go in and out of the villa: we strongly recommend you to rent a good car or motorbike.
Alternatively, you can use the service of a taxi.

Parties are strictly prohibited.
No loud and any outdoor music between 10 pm and 9 am.

*PETS POLICY*
Although we love pets, we cannot accept them inside the villa.

*ELECTRICITY*
Electricity is not included in the villa price and charge by reading meters at check-in and check-out (7 THB/unit). You can expect a cost between 25$ to 30$/day.

*DRONE*
It is strictly forbidden to fly a drone from the villa, inside and on the surroundings of the residence
