Ideal for family's and couples and responsible adult's we want our guest to enjoy themselves and have a good time, but it is "Not ideal for people who want a party house" there are plenty of other listings in the area that cater for that. Also if kitchen not left in reasonable condition i.e dirty dishes pots pans etc an additional charge of a minimium $50 for extra cleaning more depending on condition.

1. Rooms 1,2,4 Have double bed and own ensuite and TV
2. Room 3 has split king bed (Can be made into king double if required) and two bunk beds and its own TV and bathroom across hallway.
3. Works great for three couples and a bunch of kids.
