Welcome to our charming second-story retreat in Tukwila — a spacious 3BR unit that blends unique character with modern comfort. Perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking for something beyond the ordinary.
MAIN LEVEL
Two well-appointed bedrooms with a full bathroom make mornings easy. The living room has a large TV — perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Seattle. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for your group, from a full-size fridge to all cooking essentials.
THE LOFT — A GUEST FAVORITE
A pull-down ladder leads to our bonus loft spanning the full length of the main floor (6.2ft ceiling height at center). Two distinct areas make this the most loved part of the stay:
One side features a king bed and TV — a private retreat for a third couple or anyone wanting their own space. The other side is a cozy lounge with floor sofa, loveseat, electric fireplace, and TV. Kids love having their own hangout spot, and adults love the quiet reading or movie nook by the fire.
Note: Loft is accessed by pull-down ladder with lower ceilings. Great for kids and adventurous adults — may not suit guests with mobility concerns.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Unwind in the private hot tub after a long day — your own personal oasis to soak under the stars.

This is a completely private, self-contained space — no shared areas with other guests or the property owner. You have your own entrance and can come and go as you please. Private 2-car parking included.

Our property sits on a spacious lot with a few other private guest accommodations. Each unit has its own separate space, entrance, and hot tub — nothing is shared.
