Guests will have full and private access to the entire home. This includes:
* All four bedrooms and living spaces.
* The private pool and patio area.
* The private boat dock.
* A two-car garage for your vehicles.

Other things to note
* For your security and peace of mind, please be aware that exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring the perimeter. There are no cameras inside the home.

* You have the option of heating the pool. The fee for heating the pool is $25/day. Please let us know at the time of booking (or 2 days prior to your arrival) and a separate invoice will be sent for heating the pool. Once paid we will schedule the heating and have it ready for your arrival.

* The house to the left has construction work being performed. Scheduled completion is mid November 2026.
