Great check-in experience
100% of recent guests gave the check-in process a 5-star rating.
Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and groups up to 4. You’ll love the friendly people, countryside views, clean and tidy guesthouse and of course the central location with many local attractions like the Hobbiton film set which is a must do for any fan of the movies.

The space
This guesthouse is located in the countryside on a working farm. It has great views all the way to a nearby mountain range directly from your bed across the rolling hills of the South Waikato countryside. The guesthouse itself is detached and private so you can come and go as you please with its own bathroom & tea and coffee making facilities. Cutlery, plates and a fridge are provided but the guesthouse does not have a kitchen. The room is clean, quiet, light and well aired. We are happy to help so feel free to ask if you need anything.
