We are located in a very convenient area for local and foreign visitors alike. Walking distance to malls, offices and food . Be part of the local community in an established neighborhood. Our condo is equipped with the full comforts of home providing entertainment and relaxation if you decide to stay home. A Shopping Mall with a live concerts (Idea Live Arena) is within 5 mins walk. If you plan to go out further, easy access to Taxi/UBER/Grab and feeder bus to MRT station. Free covered parking available for 1 car. Visitor car park available.

Not only that, it is nearby Damansara Uptown commercial hub, TTDI wet market, Atria, Giant Mall, The Curve, Ikano, Tesco Damansara and 1 Utama.

There are several colleges and schools located nearby Casa Damansara 2, such as Kolej Damansara Utama (KDU), Kolej Bandar Utama (KBU), SJK Taman Sea, SMK Damansara Utama, SJK Sri Damai, SMK Damansara Damansara Jaya and SJK (C) Puay Chai to name a few.
