Hi Julie, I apologise for any lacking of service quality that you have experience, I am deeply concern, do value proper feedback. We understand you might have thought we are a full service apartments with counters and service staff personel, but the pricing and nature of Homestay is Precisely why we are a homestay and not a hotel. I must made clear however, you have appointed an agent to take the keys on your behalf, and your agent which is not you we checked in. We generally go through most of the check in process and show the guest as much as possible but in your case its not possible which you have not show up to collect the keys but your agent.
TV was functioning just fine, perhaps if you were to ask and enquire we would love to show it to you, as previously all the guest have used it just fine. After your feedback and check, ALL the facilities like microwave, air con, wifi, even TV lights is functioning well and good. Regarding wifi is because we need to change it often for security reasons, thats why we cannot just put it on wall. Extra shampoo and body wash is in the cupboard just beneath the counters, not sure if you look. :)
We did not received a single message (airbnb and phone) from you Julie for the whole duration of the trip and would be most welcome if you could contact the host next time if you need help.
