The space
Charming property which has been in our family for 4 generations. It was completely refurbished in 2015. It has a lovely open plan kitchen, dining, living area. 2 beautiful bedrooms upstairs. Bathroom is downstairs. It has a quaint garden with sheltered patio to the side and rear of the property, private and safe for children. There is free parking at the property which is on a very quiet street. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

The local neighbourhood features an abundance of services and facilities. A supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, hairdresser, takeaways and pubs are all within the immediate area.
We are also on route to Lossiemouth and other great beaches and golf courses. And there are many distilleries close by, with the whisky trail on our doorstep. We are a 1 minute walk to Cooper Park where you can stroll at your leisure and also take in Elgin Cathedral on your way.
