You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, including:

A full kitchen with a washing machine, capsule coffee machine, microwave, stove, and oven

There are two sleeping areas: a cozy mezzanine with a double bed and a pull-out sofa in the main living space. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a historic building without an elevator, adding to its authentic Prague charm.

Please note: The mezzanine has a low ceiling (about 4 ft. of clearance). While it creates a cozy “hideaway” atmosphere, it is best suited for guest comfortable with the limited headroom.

The apartment is located right in the very city center, and there are bars and clubs around. Some level of street noise, especially during evenings and weekends, should therefore be expected.

Please make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. The total price depends on the number of people staying in the apartment, and the space will be prepared according to the number of guests included in your reservation.

1. Registration Form
As per Czech law, all guests are required to fill out a simple online registration form before arrival. Don't worry, we will send you the link well in advance.

2. Check-In:
The check-in time is from 16:00 [4pm] unless we agree on another time.Please, let us know your estimated arrival time as soon as you know it. We can book you a driver from the airport for a fair price.

3. Extra Services:
Our top priority is ensuring your utmost comfort and satisfaction. If you require any additional services during your stay, such as extra cleaning or a fresh set of bedsheets and towels, we are more than happy to provide them for a small fee.

During your stay, you will have the entire studio to yourself, providing you with the ultimate privacy and comfort. If you ever need our assistance (have some questions, requests, recommendations, etc.), you can contact us through our airbnb chat.

I really enjoy this way of traveling — one that sets apart true travelers from mere tourists. I love the idea of cities becoming hotels, with rooms scattered across different addresses. It allows visitors to spread naturally throughout the city, mixing with locals rather than being concentrated and isolated in traditional hotels. The rental income also reaches many different hands, better supporting the local economy — unlike large hotel chains, which are often based elsewhere. Howgh :)
