Situated entirely at first floor level (an estate agent#39;s office is on the ground floor) and to high standards this excellent apartment offers great value for money and a superb base for a holiday to the spectacular Lizard Peninsula. The apartment is right in the heart of the village with shops and pubs just a few steps away. Perfect for those not wanting to drive in the evenings.
The spectacular beach at Poldhu Cove is just a few minutes#39; drive away from Mullion and the opportunities for walking along the coastal path are quite endless.
First Floor only: Open plan kitchen, dining area. Master double bedroom followed by a twin room and family bathroom with over bath shower. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for young children or toddlers as the stairs are quite steep. The stairs are not enclosed from above and so a child could climb over.
Facilities amp; Services
Heating is via night storage heating. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle,fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room area has a flatscreen digital TV amp; DVD player. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron amp; ironing board.
Electricity, heating, bed linen amp; towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is on street parking available in the village and two free car parks which are about 100 metres away. Regrettably no smoking or dogs are allowed.

Arrival / Departure is normally a Sunday.
Short breaks are available during quieter periods.

You must pay particular attention to details on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Please note that in accordance with our booking conditions, it is your responsibility to:
1. Report and pay for any damages immediately to the Owner or housekeeper.
2. All personal waste must be removed from inside the property at the end of your stay and placed in the dustbins provided. Please note and adhere to any additional instructions in the property regarding waste disposal.
3. Ensure all washing up is done and excess food is removed from the property at the end of your stay.
4. Leave the property in a clean and respectable condition upon departure.
5. Pet owners are reminded about the specific conditions regarding pets at properties.
Please be reminded that in accordance with our terms & conditions, part or all of your pre-authorised security deposit (should it apply to your booking) is at risk if any of these conditions are not met.
